We are not a firm of chartered accountants or advocates.
Accordingly, we do not provide investment advice, recommendations on securities, mutual funds, insurance products or brokers, research reports on securities, or distribution of any financial product, and we do not hold or manage client money or assets. 3. No engagement through the Website
Using the Website, submitting an enquiry, booking a meeting or exchanging messages with us does not create a consulting, fiduciary or professional relationship. A relationship arises only when you and Meridian sign an engagement letter. The engagement letter, together with any statement of work, sets out the scope, fees, deliverables and liability terms of our services, and prevails over these Terms for those services.
4. Website content is general information
Content on the Website, including the Insights reviews, is published for general information about business and economic matters. It describes past conditions and general principles; it is not tailored to your circumstances, is not a forecast, and is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. You should not act on it without obtaining advice specific to your situation. 5. Intellectual property

7. Enquiries, bookings and communications
When you submit an enquiry or book a meeting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Bookings are made through Zoho Bookings, a third-party service, and are subject to its terms. By ticking the consent box on our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email and WhatsApp about your enquiry. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying “STOP”. 8. Third-party links and services
The Website links to third-party services such as Zoho Bookings, LinkedIn and Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Liability in connection with consulting services is governed exclusively by the relevant engagement letter.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution clause in an engagement letter, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Website after that date constitutes acceptance.
